The project site is located in the XIV district of Budapest, in the area of the former Telephone Factory, bordered by Thököly road, Hungária ringroad, Semsey Andor street and Gizella road. The project will be built in 4 phases. The existing buildings on the site will be partly demolished or renovated. In addition to these, a total of 4 new multi-storey concrete frame buildings will be constructed, each of them with an area of ~3000 – 7000 m2. Half of the new buildings will have a 3-storey underground garage, the other half will have 1 level of basement. For the conceptual design phase our company prepared a Soil Investigation Report and a Geotechnical Feasibility Study, and a Geotechnical Design Report for permit design of phase one.
