We prepared a Soil Investigation Report on behalf of Hungaroring Sport Zrt. According to the concept plan, the existing partially covered grandstand will be demolished and a new, partially covered grandstand will be built along the finish line. The public circulation area behind the main grandstand will be enlarged with cutting of the existing terrain, which means new earth retaining structures will be needed. In addition, a new Driving Demonstration and Event Centre will be built, and the training track and office building will be reconstructed. A total of 41 large diameter boreholes with a depth of 5 – 15 m and 14 CPT’s with a depth of 10 – 20 m were prepared to investigate the ground conditions.
