The Geotechnical expert opinion of the subject work was commissioned by the District II City Government, within the framework we also examined the damage of the property at 101 Zsolt Fejedelem road. 8 different expert opinions were made on the subject. We reviewed these and the related correspondence and official decisions and carried out new soil mechanics investigations.

Our conclusions summarise the geotechnical characteristics of the area, the possible causes of the damage, our answers to the questions raised in several points and the necessary interventions.
